Membership ID #

You need to know your Phi Theta Kappa Membership ID to sign on to the Phi Theta Kappa International Headquarters website or to purchase items, such as Graduation Regalia, from the Recognitions website.

If you are a Full Member you may find your Membership ID located on the Membership ID Card that came with the Phi Theta Kappa Certificate of Membership that you received after you were inducted.

If you are a Provisional Member you do not have a Membership ID number as they are issued by International Headquarters only to members who register as Full Members with Regional and International Headquarters.

Membership ID Retrieval

If you cannot find your Membership ID Card you may follow a few easy steps to request your ID number from International Headquarters:

Step 1: Visit the International Headquarters website at www.ptk.org.

Step 2: Roll over the “Members” tab on the home page and click on “Get Connected Login.”

Step 3: Scroll down until you see “Members, Log In.” Do not do anything yet. Under the “Choose your Chapter’s College” and the field that asks you to enter your “Member ID Number” you should see a gold link that reads “Forget your login info?” If you click on that link and enter the email address that you supplied us with on your application they will send you an email with your Member ID Number.

Step 4: If you no longer have access to the email account that you supplied us with on your application you will have to contact the Membership Services Department at International Headquarters.
